Pumpkin Fun

Wes has been bugging me everyday since the first of October to carve a pumpkin.
I told him during Fall Break! Well it was Fall Break and he did not forget my promise.
Thanks, Daddy for helping out!

Wes has loved having it around!

Monday we headed out to a favorite spot of ours, SweetBerry Farm!

Feeding the goats is always a highlight, along with the hayride we did just before this!

We had been trying to feed the baby goat,
so Wes was glad when it stuck it's little head out to eat.

Stuffing our scarecrow!

Every scarecrow needs a face!

Our finished scarecrow!
Wes is petting his first horse.
He's always been scared to do things like this. I think it was less than a year ago when he got on a tiny pony for the first time. So the next picture was a good surprise for us.

Not only did he pet the horse but he rode it by himself!

After visiting the farm we were able to see some relatives who lived close. It was good to visit and hang out with them for a few hours!
It was a great way to spend the last day of our Fall Break!

We need a sweet berry farm in our town!!! What neat things to do there. You pumpkin looks great! We have this Mr.Potato head accessories (of course for a princess) that were made for pumpkins. We just keep using the same thing over and over again. Brooklyn has been deprived and has yet to carve a jack-o-lantern.
