Today was a good day. Todd and Wes let me sleep in, and then we were off to watch baseball.
Wes played catcher, pitcher, and outfield, doing great at them all!

First hit and made it to first. He actually hit this ball right to first but somehow made it before the other little boy could tag him out!

Wes played well at all his positions today, along with making a HOME RUN!!!!
Therefore, as you'll see below, Wes won the honor of getting the game ball!
Daddy told him awhile back he'd give him $10 if he made a home run.
Daddy is $10 poorer today! Daddy also bought him a vanilla shake after the game!
After the game we headed to a new, favorite Mexican restaurant!
We then all got on the couch and watched the UT football game.

I enjoyed catching up! I have been behind! Wow, congrats on a great ballgame & $10! Today was a perfect day esp after all the rainy dreary weather. I assume you guys have had as much as we have. So glad he got to go to a UT game and got a foam finger too!
Sounds like a really fun game to watch and play in. Congratulations Wes on receiving the game ball! What a great keepsake of such a fun game.
